ĐH Cần Thơ: Dự kiến điểm chuẩn cao hơn năm ngoái

Tại buổi kiểm tra, Thứ trưởng Bộ GD-ĐT Bùi Văn Ga đã đi khảo sát một số phòng chấm thi các môn tự luận Toán, Văn, Sử, Địa. Thứ trưởng Ga đã trò chuyện, hỏi thăm các cán bộ chấm thi về tình hình đáp án, phổ điểm cũng như những khó khăn trong việc chấm thi.

Các cán bộ chấm thi tại ĐH Cần Thơ cho biết, công tác chấm thi được hỗ trợ tích cực từ Trường ĐH Cần Thơ nên những ngày chấm thi diễn ra suôn sẻ. Cho đến thời điểm này vẫn chưa có sự cố nào xảy ra trong lúc chấm các môn tự luận.

Theo báo cáo của lãnh đạo Trường ĐH Cần Thơ, kỳ tuyển sinh năm nay có 73.529 thí sinh (TS) đăng ký dự thi vào trường; số TS đến dự thi là 62.178 TS. Trong đó, khối A: 32.018/37.689 TS, khối A1: 25/29 TS, khối B: 14.319/16.749 TS, khối C: 5.739/7.080 TS, khối D1: 9.449/11.278 TS, khối D3: 42/45 TS, và khối T: 586/659 TS dự thi.

Trường ĐH Cần Thơ tiến hành chấm thi từ ngày 14/7. Đối với các môn trắc nghiệm Lý, Hóa, Sinh, Anh văn cho đến thời điểm này đã tiến hành quét xong, đang kiểm dò. Dự kiến ngày 20/7, trường sẽ gửi dữ liệu cho Bộ GD-ĐT.

Đối với các môn tự luận Toán, Văn, Sử, Địa, trường mời 543 cán bộ (trong đó mời 471 cán bộ chấm thi từ các trường THPT thuộc các tỉnh Vĩnh Long, Sóc Trăng, Hậu Giang, TP Cần Thơ và 72 giảng viên của trường ĐH Cần Thơ) tham gia công tác chấm thi.

Đến thời điểm này, trường đã chấm xong vòng 1 tất cả các môn tự luận (trừ môn Toán khối D) và đang tiến hành chấm vòng 2 để thống nhất điểm. Dự kiến ngày 19/7 chấm xong môn Sử, ngày 20/7 chấm xong môn Địa, ngày 22/7 chấm xong các môn Toán và Văn.

Lãnh đạo Trường ĐH Cần Thơ cho hay, dự kiến trường chấm xong tất cả các môn vào ngày 22/7 và trường sẽ công bố kết quả vào ngày 25/7/2012.

Qua chấm các môn tự luận, PGS.TS Đỗ Văn Xê - Phó hiệu trưởng Trường ĐH Cần Thơ cho biết, qua lấy ngẫu nhiên 20 túi bài chấm thi các môn, kết quả nhìn chung cho thấy tỷ lệ điểm trên 5 của năm nay so với năm 2011 tương đương hoặc có cao hơn.

Cụ thể, với môn Toán khối A cao nhất là 8,25 điểm và thấp nhất là 0 điểm (trong đó từ 5- 6,5 điểm trở lên khoảng 2,79% - 10,67%); môn Toán khối B điểm cao nhất là 10 điểm và thấp nhất là 0 điểm (trong đó từ 5 - 6,5 điểm trở lên khoảng 5,6% - 18,2%); môn Văn khối C điểm cao nhất 7,5 điểm và thấp nhất là 0,25 điểm (trong đó từ 5 - 6,5 điểm trở lên khoảng 2,5% - 29,2%); môn Văn khối D điểm cao nhất 8,5 điểm và thấp nhất là 0,50 điểm (mức từ 5 - 6,5 điểm trở lên khoảng 17,5% - gần 60%); môn Sử điểm cao nhất 8 điểm và thấp nhất 0 điểm (mức từ 5 - 6,5 điểm trở lên khoảng 3,54% - 16,40%); môn Địa điểm cao nhất 8,5 điểm và thấp nhất 0,5 điểm (từ 5 - 6,5 điểm trở lên khoảng 7,50% - gần 34%).

PGS.TS Đỗ Văn Xê cho biết, nhìn chung với mức điểm thống kê có được, năm nay điểm chuẩn dự kiến của trường sẽ cao hơn năm trước từ 0,5 đến 1 điểm.

Tại buổi làm việc với Trường ĐH Cần Thơ, Thứ trưởng Bộ GD-ĐT Bùi Văn Ga đánh giá cao công tác chấm thi tại ĐH Cần Thơ diễn ra đúng quy chế, an toàn, nghiêm túc.

Thứ trưởng Ga cho hay, đề thi năm nay không phải dễ mà có tính phân loại rất rõ ràng. Qua phổ điểm mà các trường thống kê đã cho thấy điều này, với sự phân hóa của các trường tốp trên, tốp dưới. “Điều đó cũng cho thấy thí sinh đã biết chọn trường để thi đúng với năng lực của mình chứ không phải chọn tràn lan như những năm trước”, Thứ trưởng Ga nhấn mạnh.

Thứ trưởng Bùi Văn Ga cũng cho rằng, qua khảo sát cho thấy khối C năm nay có điểm tốt hơn năm trước rất nhiều. Các môn Sử, Địa có điểm trung bình từ 5 trở lên cũng nhiều hơn. Cụ thể với môn Sử, ĐH Cần Thơ năm trước điểm từ 5 trở lên chỉ có 2,7% trong khi thống kê năm nay là trên 16%. Thứ trưởng Ga đánh giá, nhiều khả năng Trường ĐH Cần Thơ sẽ tuyển đủ chỉ tiêu vào trường ngay trong đợt 1.

“Dự kiến trước 10/8 Bộ sẽ tổ chức xét và công bố điểm sàn, sau đó các trường sẽ đưa ra điểm chuẩn và xét tuyển. Với kết quả số điểm ở mức khả quan thì Bộ sẽ có mức điểm sàn hợp lý để các trường có nguồn tuyển dồi dào trong năm nay”, Thứ trưởng Bùi Văn Ga khẳng định.

Hà Nội cải tạo, xây mới 724 trường mầm non

(Dân trí) - Thời gian tới, Hà Nội đặt mục tiêu cải tạo và xây mới hơn 700 trường mầm non, trong đó có 500 trường công lập, 224 trường ngoài công lập. Quy mô trường không quá 20 nhóm lớp/trường; số trẻ trung bình từ 30 - 35 trẻ/lớp.

UBND thành phố Hà Nội vừa phê duyệt quy hoạch mạng lưới trường học thành phố đến năm 2020, tầm nhìn đến 2030. Hà Nội đặt mục tiêu phát triển mạng lưới trường, lớp đảm bảo cơ cấu hợp lý theo hướng kiên cố hóa, hiện đại hóa, chuẩn hóa… góp phần đào tạo nguồn nhân lực chất lượng cao cho thành phố.

Thiếu trường, thiếu lớp khiến người Hà Nội phải xếp hàng đăng đơn cho con đi học.

Đối với giáo dục mầm non, tỷ lệ huy động trẻ trong độ tuổi đi học đến năm 2015, số trẻ trong độ tuổi nhà trẻ đi học đạt ít nhất 35%, trẻ mẫu giáo đạt 90%, trong đó trẻ 5 tuổi đạt 100%; đến năm 2020, trẻ trong độ tuổi nhà trẻ đạt trên 60%, mẫu giáo đạt 95% và duy trì 100% trẻ 5 tuổi đi học mẫu giáo.
Mỗi xã, phường, thị trấn, khu đô thị mới có ít nhất 1 trường mầm non công lập. Quy mô trường không quá 20 nhóm lớp/trường. Số trẻ trung bình từ 30 đến 35 trẻ/nhóm lớp. Diện tích tối thiểu cho 1 học sinh khu vực nội thành là 8m2, ngoại thành là 12m2. Đối với trường xây mới thực hiện theo tiêu chuẩn xây dựng tối thiểu là 15m2.
Hà Nội cho biết, toàn thành phố cần cải tạo và xây mới 724 trường mầm non giai đoạn 2011 - 2030, trong đó trường công lập 500 trường, ngoài công lập 224 trường. Cụ thể, giai đoạn 2011 - 2020 xây mới, cải tạo 300 trường công, 102 trường ngoài công lập; giai đoạn 2021 - 2030 là 200 trường công và 122 trường ngoài công lập.
Giáo dục tiểu học, Hà Nội phấn đấu đến năm 2015 cơ bản các trường học được xây dựng kiên cố hóa, hiện đại hóa. Mỗi xã, phường, thị trấn, khu đô thị mới có ít nhất 1 trường tiểu học công lập. Quy mô mỗi trường không quá 30 lớp và trung bình 30 học sinh/lớp. Diện tích tối tiểu cho 1 học sinh khu vực nội thành là 6m2, ngoại thành 10m2; đối với trường xây mới thực hiện theo tiêu chuẩn xây dựng tối thiểu 15m2/học sinh.
Toàn thành phố sẽ cải tạo và xây mới 234 trường tiểu học giai đoạn 2011 - 2030, trong đó giai đoạn 2011 - 2020 là 114 trường (công lập là 74 trường, ngoài công lập 40 trường); giai đoạn 2021 - 2030 là 120 trường (công lập 70 trường, ngoài công lập 50 trường).
Đối với trung học cơ sở, trong giai đoạn 2011 - 2030, thành phố đặt mục tiêu cải tảo, xây mới 108 trường, trong đó giai đoạn 2011 - 2020 là 50 trường (công lập 35 trường, ngoài công lập 15 trường); giai đoạn 2020 - 2030 là 58 trường (công lập 35 trường, ngoài công lập 23 trường).
Quy mô mỗi trường trung học cơ sở không có 45 lớp; trung bình 30 học sinh/lớp. Diện tích tối thiểu cho 1 học sinh nội thành 6m2, ngoại thành là 10m2; với trường xây mới thực hiện theo tiêu chuẩn xây dựng tối tiểu 15m2/học sinh.
Với giáo dục phổ thông giai đoạn 2011 đến 2030, toàn thành phố sẽ cải tạo và xây mới 112 trường, trong đó giai đoạn 2011 - 2020 là 50 trường (công lập 20 trường, ngoài công lập 30 trường), giai đoạn 2021 - 2030 là 62 trường (công lập 20 trường, ngoài công lập 42 trường). Hà Nội cũng đặt mục tiêu quy mô không quá 45 lớp/trường; trung bình cũng không quá 40 học sinh/lớp.
